About American Dream Parks
American Dream Parks is the holding company for our family's RV park and manufactured housing communities. It's led by Will Hicks and his family.
Will has run businesses for more than 35 years, starting in asphalt paving around 1990, and has spent years buying, building, and managing real estate. That experience with roads, sites, and construction carries over directly to running parks.
We're a faith- and family-oriented company. We believe a good community is safe, clean, and fairly run, and that people should be treated the way we want our own families treated.
Our plan is simple: buy good properties, improve them, run them well, and keep them in the family for generations.
